We accept returns of products/merchandise purchased from the Prism Coffee Co Website. If the item is in new/unused condition you may send it back for a refund. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery.
We’ll process the refund for the item/s when it has been delivered to Prism Coffee Co LTD PTY We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve processed the refund.
Returns are the customers responsibility until received by Prism Coffee Co PTY LTD. Returns are not applicable for sale items.
We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order.
